Purchase Agreement: Warranty & Returns
Order FulfillmentOrders are fulfilled by our independent third-party suppliers and subject to final availability and quality verification. If the specific part selected is not available we may subsitute it with one of similar type and quality, Some larger items may require additional removal and processing time before shipping or pickup. If for any reason your order can not be fulfilled as requested, we will cancel your order and notify you.
Returns and ExchangesYou may return purchased parts for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Returns must be requested and postmarked within 7 days of item receipt. All parts must be returned in the same condition as received. Rogue Drivetrain does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our facility. Refunds shall be issued within 7 days of item receipt.
Exchanges may be performed on a case-by-case basis. Exchanged parts will not be shipped until the original item is received and verified. For returned or exchanged items that fall under Rogue Drivetrain limited warranty, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.

LIMITED WARRANTYAll parts purchased on Rogue Drivetrain are covered by our 6-Month Limited Warranty. If a part fails within 6 months of the purchase date, the buyer must notify Rogue Drivetrain within 7 days of part Failure. The part will be inspected to determine the reason for failure, and the buyer shall be provided with a replacement part or a refund of the purchase price at the discretion of Rogue Drivetrain. The buyer is responsible for any reprogramming costs for electronic compondents, and failure to properly reprogram a part is not a valid warranty claim. Warranty does not include the cost of installation or removal labor, or towing. Warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, abuse, other faulty parts, improper installation, normal wear and tear, modification, collision damage, environmental damage or off-road, commercial, or marine use. Rogue Drivetrain does not guarantee cosmetic appearance of mechanical parts.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY REPRESENTS THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF ROGUE DRIVETRAIN, FOR ANY PART OR PRODUCT. ROGUE DRIVETRAIN MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ROGUE DRIVETRAIN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
