Unfortunately, we do not offer expidited shipping beyond our standard ground shipping services. Parts take up to 1-2 business days for preparation and inspection, and ground shipping takes 1-5 business days, depending on the destination.
Ordering parts for local pick up is easy on PartMyRide! Just complete the order online, and we'll prepare the part for you. It can take up to 48 hours to pull, inspect, and clean your part - once it's ready for pick up, we'll send you an email with the exact pickup location, instructions, and hours.
To pick up a part, you must complete the order and pay online. Once the part is ready, you may inspect the part before pickup, and if you choose not to pick up the part, we will cancel the order and refund your payment.
Our parts are shipped from multiple locations across the U.S. For small parts, we use ground shipping. Parts take up to 1-2 business days for preparation and inspection, and ground shipping takes 1-5 business days, depending on the destination. For larger parts, we courier delivery within the local geographic area, and excellent freight service across the U.S. Some larger items will only be shipped to a business address with unloading capability. We'll work with you to coordinate delivery and make sure you are satisfied!
Yes! If the part is listed on the site, it's generally available for immediate purchase. Once you complete your order, we'll get it ready for you as fast as we can. All orders are subject to final verification of quality and availability.
Our part search results show interchangeable parts (parts which will fit the specific car and options which you select). Interchangeable parts may have different part numbers, depending on the production date, manufacturer, or source car. In general, if you follow the prompts on our site and select your options, all of the parts we show as results will fit your car.
Yes! We aim to deliver only quality, fully functioning and working parts, and we provide a 6-month limited warranty on all items sold. This warranty does not including installation or removal labor, or towing. The warranty does not not apply to items that fail due to misuse, normal wear and tear, improper installation, modification, collision damage, or environmental damage.

If somethine goes wrong or if you're not happy with the condition of the part you ordered, we offer a 100% money-back refund. Just contact us at Support@PartMyRide.com with your order number, and we'll be happy to arrange a replacement part or refund.
