We are pleased to announce that the paint is dry and the dents have been buffed out of our brand new referral program. We’ve been working on it for a few months now and wanted to roll it out with enough time for customers to earn some well-deserved rewards in time for the holidays.

So how does the referral program work? Let’s dive right in.

First, the goal for us was always to make it super simple to enroll, share, and earn. We went out of our way to minimize the many hoops most referral programs have customers jump through. We wanted it to be as easy as 1, 2, 3.

Toward the top of the page, you’ll see a small form that asks for your name and email address. Once you fill in the information and click on “Register Now,” you will be immediately given your referral links with the option to share PartsMarket via social media. You then also have the option to copy and paste those links and/or obtain the information automatically sent to your email inbox.

Do I Have To Be a PartsMarket Customer?

Well, we want to encourage loyal customers and fans of our company to participate first and foremost. However, there is no reason someone that has a vast amount of industry contacts should not be able to enroll in this opportunity. So the answer is no. We are offering three types of rewards right now.

How Do I Know When I Earn a Reward?

You’ll always be able to check your PartsMarketing account to see whether your referrals have registered and purchased yet or not. But the best part is that you won’t have to. We know you’re busy so we will be notifying you every time one of your referrals converts into a paying PartsMarket customer. We will proactively reach out and have the gift card or credit sent directly to the same email address you used to enroll in the program.

How Many Rewards Can I Earn?

That’s a good question and one that we are still working on improving. Because we want PartsMarketing to feel like a VIP program, we will be engaging with any customers that are driving value individually. We will reach out and let you know that your referrals are earning you rewards so that we don’t limit your abilities to earn more. We will keep the conversations fluid until we are able to create a tiered system in our referral reporting technology that will show you the many different levels you can reach.
